 Jan has joined 1602 with over 25 years experience in Strategic Advisory roles and M&A. As a partner with PwC, he managed the Transaction Services Activities as well as one of the PwC business units. After establishing his own Corporate Finance partnership in 2007, Jan joined Acomo NV as CFO. Currently he is active as the CFO for Marvesa Holding, next to being a partner at 1602.
