Ron
van Oeveren.

Ron has over 17 years experience in M&A and financial advisory. He started his career at EY specializing in secondment, service, trade and manufacturing companies. Ron advised numerous (international) SME’s and worked in Amsterdam, Brussels and New York.

Before joining 1602 he worked for EY (M&A), Petercam Bank (M&A), and as an external advisor to the municipality of Amsterdam for its various shareholdings.

Besides relevant M&A experience Ron brings financial advisory, structuring skills and experience.
